What is the minimum order?
One tower (10 tins). You can order a mix of both flavours from the 3-tower tier onwards.
What's the RRP and suggested retail price?
The recommended retail price is €9.99 per tin. You are free to price above this but we recommend against discounting below RRP to protect brand positioning.
Do you offer sale or return?
Not for standard wholesale. However, on first orders we offer a goodwill adjustment if your initial stock doesn't move — talk to us and we'll find a solution. We want long-term stockist relationships, not one-time transactions.
What marketing materials do you provide?
All stockists receive a digital marketing kit (social media assets, product photography, copy templates). Growth and Scale tier stockists also receive printed shelf talker cards and are listed on our website's stockist page.
How long does delivery take?
EU wholesale orders: 3–7 business days from order confirmation. Priority delivery available for Growth and Scale tier orders.
Is NeuroPouch EU-compliant as a food supplement?
Yes. NeuroPouch is formulated, labelled, and manufactured in compliance with EU food supplement regulations (Directive 2002/46/EC). All ingredients are permitted food supplement ingredients under EU law. Documentation available on request.
