2. Products

NeuroPouch products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about ingredients have not been evaluated by the FDA or EFSA unless explicitly stated.

Our products are suitable for individuals aged 16 and above. They contain zero nicotine, zero taurine, and no controlled substances. By purchasing, you confirm you are 16 or older.

Product images on our website are representative. Actual appearance may vary slightly between batches.

3. Ordering

Placing an order

Orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay. We do not store your payment card details. Stripe's terms apply to payment processing.

Order cancellation (before dispatch)

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us at hello@getneuropouch.com. If the order has already been dispatched, our returns policy applies instead.

4. Delivery

• We ship across the EU and select international destinations.
• Standard delivery within the EU: 3–5 business days from dispatch. Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Free shipping applies to all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.

5. Returns and refunds

Your right to withdraw (EU Consumer Rights Directive)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, provided the product is unopened, sealed, and in original condition. Food supplements that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at hello@getneuropouch.com within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order only. If you are not satisfied with your first tin after trying it, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no return required. This is a discretionary commercial guarantee and does not limit your statutory rights.

Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days at hello@getneuropouch.com with your order number and a description. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.

6. Wholesale orders

Wholesale and B2B orders are subject to separate wholesale terms available on our Wholesale page. Wholesale orders are typically non-returnable except in the case of defective goods.

All content on this website — including text, images, design, trademarks, and the NeuroPouch name and logo — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission, except as permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuroPouch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law under EU consumer regulations.

9. Health disclaimer

NeuroPouch products are food supplements, not medicines. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 16.

10. Governing law and disputes
